At the time, I was terribly bored by the treadmill and dreaded the stair climber leading to nowhere. I needed a change in my workout routine, and while I road bike in the summer and chase after two kids and two giant dogs, I needed more consistency and I needed a bigger challenge. FXB gives me both. I compete against myself every day and every day I hit new highs. There's an old Japanese proverb that says, “The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement,” and I couldn’t agree more. When you look forward to your workout, there’s nothing you can’t do!
Now, as an instructor, I find it remarkable to help others like myself meet their goals and see their transformation, and help them become addicted to it just like me! Be ready for an EXTREME workout!
During my 10 Week session I had great results; I lost 29 pounds, more than 20 inches, and over 6 percent body fat. More importantly, I learned nutrition and exercise routines that are realistic to maintain. Farrell's is an amazing program, and I would recommend it to anyone, no matter your goals or your current fitness level. Give it a shot. The instructors, coaches, and fit members will push you towards your goals, whatever they may be!
I am blessed to be a part of a team that genuinely wants to see each other succeed. It is an environment of high-fives, where members take time out of their workout to help you, where instructors encourage as much as they challenge, where you leave the mat feeling like you can take on anything. The transformation has been life changing and for the first time in a very long time, I feel like the person you see on the outside finally matches the person I am on the inside.

My first 10 weeks were nothing short of amazing. Through hard work, dedication to the nutrition, and perfect attendance I was able to lose 18 pounds and 17 inches. You get out of this program what you put into it. I knew immediately that this was just what I needed to help me accomplish my fitness goals. The staff at Boyson Road are incredible, and will do everything they can to help, motivate, and encourage you as work towards your own unique fitness goals.
I have always been athletic and tried to stay fit on my own, but it was a challenge to stay on track, being a full-time working mother of three. The last several years I struggled with losing the weight I had gained that comes with age, a sedentary lifestyle and the third child. I can truly say that I feel great! I am happier, less stressed, and healthier than I have been in years. I look forward to motivating others on their journey to fitness, strength and happiness.
