The number one reason that I come to Farrell’s is RESULTS! A few years ago if you told me that I would actually be driving somewhere to work out, I’d have told you that you were crazy. I got up early each day, popped in a DVD and was done. It was easy, convenient, and it worked (kind of). However, my daughter and I wanted to work out together and she informed me that she would NOT be working out to an 80’s DVD, watching a smiling woman wearing a leotard.

Lucky for me, Farrell’s entered my life. Although I was in decent shape and ate a mostly healthy diet, Farrell’s has really helped me improve in both of these areas. My body is stronger and more toned and the diet is a life style that works. Farrell’s is a great program for any individual. They meet you wherever you are, no matter what shape you are in. I am privileged and thrilled to be a part of Farrell’s, and look forward to many more years!

Farrell’s Boosted My Self-Confidence!

I can't wait to wake up the next morning and see everyone. I have been a Farrell's Ashworth member for three years now and have lost several inches, but the biggest change I notice is my energy. I have an active job and I no longer feel winded during my daily tasks and that is the biggest result I wasn't expecting to see or notice.

Using Less Insulin Because of Farrell’s!

At the end of 10 weeks my body fat had dropped to just under 17%. I had lost 35 pounds and felt terrific.* The largest change I noticed was the amount of insulin I needed was less than half what I was using previously.
